I created this is a blog to generate discussions about developing bilingual e-Learning. My emphasis is on technology training but I'm interested to hear about any experiences involving online bilingual training. I learned Spanish as a youth in Costa Rica and Colombia. I would like to hear from both developers and users about what they'd like to see in online training.
